Jordan was a great salesman. My only complaint is that I had asked them NOT to run my credit until we ran the numbers first! They didn’t listen to that! They ran my credit!! Maybe a miss communication. Other than that the staff has been very kind and even called to ask how they could make it right.

I took in a lemon that only lasted two years. They got me into a much newer car with lower payments and a bumper to bumper warranty. Trevor and Jeremy were great -- there was no pressure and no games, they were efficient and knowledgeable.

Beyond doubt, the entire staff at Hyundai Medford were most courteous, efficient, and helpful . I had a difficult purchase problem to resolve and they had a "we can do it" attitude throughout. Without an appointment, my wife and I were met at the door by Logan. He shook my hand and asked what he could do for us.
